Theresa M. Coughlin

Theresa Coughlin's practice focuses on antitrust investigations and litigation. She has represented multinational companies under investigation by the United States Department of Justice and international competition authorities related to allegations of bid-rigging, price-fixing, and market allocation and has continued her representation in related civil litigation. She currently represents the Yazaki entities in the Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation.

Theresa has a particular interest in emerging issues in electronic discovery. She has counseled clients on a wide range of issues related to data preservation, data storage, and electronic discovery and has conducted internal and external CLE presentations on these issues. [1]
