Thomas D. York

Tom York's practice includes civil and criminal investigations by federal and state agencies, civil antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions review, and advising clients on antitrust and consumer protection issues. He represents clients across a range of industries, including aviation, consumer products, energy, health care, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and sports. He has experience in matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, the European Commission, and state attorneys general.

Tom is co-chair of the Antitrust Law Committee of the ABA Young Lawyers Division and serves on the editorial board of the Federal Civil Enforcement Committee of the ABA's Section of Antitrust Law. He also has presented on a range of antitrust topics, including civil merger litigation, merger remedies, and joint ventures. [1]
