In arbitration, he has appeared before tribunals in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa administered by or conducted under the rules of the AAA, ICC, LCIA, SCC, CRCICA, and UNCITRAL.Ted has counseled clients engaged in a variety of disputes, including matters arising out of purchase and sale agreements, project development agreements, licensing and supply agreements, shareholder agreements, employment contracts, securities transactions, bond indentures, construction disputes, and business torts. He has significant experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. clients in complex cross-border disputes, including those requiring the collection and presentation of evidence located in multiple jurisdictions and the application of foreign laws.
