Thomas Giblin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department. His practice focuses primarily on securities litigation and white collar defense. In addition, he is active in the firm’s pro bono practice and currently heads the firm’s Fair Housing Justice Program.

Mr. Giblin received his BS from Duke University in 2006, and his JD from Columbia University in 2009, where he was a James Kent scholar, and also served as a member of the editorial board of the Columbia Business Law Review. He has clerked for the Honorable Gary L. Lancaster, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Honorable Thomas P. Agresti, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
