Thomas R. Chiavetta Jr.

Tom Chiavetta represents management in a variety of labor and employment matters ranging from single plaintiff disputes to complex class litigation. His experience includes defending employers against claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act, and federal whistleblower laws.

In addition to practicing in federal and state courts, Tom represents clients in administrative proceedings before various federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. He has particular experience representing railroads in connection with Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigations of Federal Railroad Safety Act complaints. [1]
