Thomas Toch

Thomas Toch is the executive director of the AssociatioofIndependent Schools of Greater Washington and a leading national expert on education policy. He has taught at Harvard, spent three years at the prestigious Brookings Institution, served as a consultant to the Bill and Melinda GatesFoundation,andservedastheeducationcorrespondent at U.S. News and World Report for a decade. More recently, he co-founded the influential think tank Education Sector in Washington, D.C. Toch speaks and writes on a wide range of school and college topics.
