Tiffany Lipscomb-Jackson is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, primarily in the area of antitrust. In her practice, she has worked in each phase of litigation, including all aspects of fact discovery, motions practice, trial, settlement, and appellate briefing. Tiffany has extensive experience with multijurisdictional and multiparty matters, including work on antitrust investigations involving the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, and follow-on civil litigation alleging bid-rigging and price-fixing. She currently represents the Yazaki entities in the Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation.Tiffany has a particular interest in electronic discovery and emerging issues in e-discovery. She has counseled clients on a wide range of issues related to data storage and electronic discovery and has presented internal and external CLE programs on these issues.
