Tihua Huang

Tihua Huang is an experienced litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants before the federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on intellectual property disputes involving a variety of technologies, including semiconductors, DVDs, light-emitting diodes, mobile imaging technology, rare earth magnets, and vaccines. Her experience includes all stages of litigation, from pre-filing investigation, trial preparation and trial, through appeal and enforcement of judgment.

Tihua also assists clients in internal investigations, antitrust matters, and arbitrations. She has represented boards of directors, audit committees, and multinational companies in complex investigations around the world involving securities fraud class actions, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, and PRC anti-bribery law compliance. Her practice also includes counseling clients on antitrust matters, including antitrust compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and civil and criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
