Mr. Timothy Jenkins, Tim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 4INFO, Inc. Mr. Jenkins served as Chief Financial Officer of E2open, Inc. until July 2008. Mr. Jenkins was responsible for managing all worldwide company operations related to finance and accounting, human resources, and IT/facilities functions. Mr. Jenkins has 24 years of experience specializing in finance and accounting with computer software, manufacturing and business services companies in both startup and large corporate environments, including over 8 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Before joining E2open, Mr. Jenkins served as an Independent Consultant working with top-tier venture capital firms such as Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Asset Management and Great Hill Partners LLC. His responsibilities ranged from consulting on acquisitions in a roll-up strategy in the technology services sector and asset sales/wind-ups of portfolio companies to development of a long-term strategic plan for a boutique real estate firm. In March 2000, he joined Simpata Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Simpata Group, Inc. since February 2001. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Paragon Training Partners, Inc. His Chief responsibility upon joining Simpata was to prepare it for an IPO as well as building out infrastructure.
