Tim leads the Advertising Association - the single voice for the diverse interests of the UK marketing communications sector. Starting as a commercial apprentice, Tim had senior marketing roles with Cadbury and Gillette before moving into advertising. He was a director at McCann Erickson and CEO of Yellowhammer and Young & Rubicam, before setting up Radical, a change management consultancy. He joined the Advertising Association in May 2009. [+]
