Timothy G. Reynolds

Timothy G. Reynolds represents firm clients in a variety of insurance coverage litigations and arbitrations. His representation of policyholder clients covers a wide range of insurance coverage litigation, including multiparty litigation in state and federal courts, typically arising out of disputes with respect to insurance coverage for injuries associated with products such as pharmaceuticals or asbestos; the clean up of and damage from the presence of hazardous waste; and first-party property losses and business interruption, including the losses arising out of the events of September 11 and Hurricane Katrina. In particular, Mr. Reynolds and his group have successfully represented policyholder clients in multiple English arbitrations involving disputes over coverage under Bermuda Form policies, which often raise the related issues of “expected or intended” and the Bermuda Form “maintenance deductible.” Mr. Reynolds also successfully represented the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey with respect to all its property insurance claims arising out of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
