Todd Sloane

Todd Sloane is assistant managing editor of Modern Healthcare, a national business magazine read by 72,000 executives and clinical leaders of hospitals, health systems, medical groups and insurers, as well as officials of associations and health policy organizations. Todd Sloane is the editorial voice of the magazine, writing a weekly column and editing a range of opinion pieces for both the print magazine and Modern Healthcare Online, which has another 164,000 subscribers. Todd Sloane is the former copy desk chief of Modern Healthcare, and previously was news editor of City & State, a national magazine serving 100,000 state and local government officials across the U.S. Todd Sloane has been a lecturer in government journalism at Columbia College in Chicago and is the author of "Gonzalez of Texas: A Congressman of the People," a biography of the late Texas congressman.
