Mr. Houston is a member of the CTO team for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services (HPES). As a Chief Technologist, he serves in an executive leadership role to provide IT thought leadership, innovation and technology guidance to HP’s U.S. Public Sector (USPS) region and U.S. Government client base. His efforts include supporting HP’s Cloud Computing and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) strategies that help to define the future of HP Enterprise Services. Mr. Houston joined EDS, now HP, in 2005 initially supporting the USPS market segment where he assisted government agencies with their vision to increase market share and diversify their portfolios. Over the course of his career, Mr. Houston has worked directly with government clients in the areas of Defense, National Security, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Health Care, and Transportation. Mr. Houston is a champion of IT innovation efforts within HP and across the USPS customer base. He has been a contributing author of federal publications, industry analyst market studies and a speaker at well-known IT industry events.
