Mr. Tom Rubin is Chief Intellectual Property Strategy Counsel at Microsoft and head of its Trademark & Copyright Group. He spearheads complex product development, global policy, licensing, marketing and enforcement strategies across Microsoft’s business divisions, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Bing, Skype, Windows Phone, MSN and Xbox.
