I have 22 years experience cooking with Dutch Ovens in the back country. My class is unique, it deals with cooking in primitive conditions (I pack into the wilderness on horses and mules) and in the worst case scenarios, and it is filled with actual (mostly humerus) events not encountered in the moder kitchen. Classes are either lecture or hands on depending on the need of the audience. Currently I give Dutch Oven class at the local community college and have several lectures scheduled this year along with completion and printing of my D/O cook book. [+]
