Tyler Nims is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department and focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. He also has an active pro bono practice.
In addition to his experience at Latham, Mr. Nims has worked in-house at an international investment bank.
Mr. Nims clerked for Judge Raymond J. Dearie of the Eastern District of New York and Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo of the South African Constitutional Court. Prior to joining Latham, he was a fellow at the MacArthur Justice Center at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Mr. Nims received his JD from Northwestern University in 2009, cum laude, where he was a member of the Northwestern University Law Review.
