Vicki Lins

Ms. Vicki Lins serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. and Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA). Ms. Lins leads the marketing strategy and execution for the CCOA business. Ms. Lins served as an Executive Vice President of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc., since October 2012. She served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. from October 2012 to June 4, 2013. She has Clear Channel Outdoor's global marketing organization to collaborate for the ongoing distinction of brand in markets worldwide. She has more than twenty years of experience and has an expertise in building and distinguishing brands, a strong track record of strategic market development and growth, and an in-depth understanding of the transformational impact of technology on media and advertising. Ms. Lins serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Canoe Ventures LLC. Ms. Lins drives the strategic development and execution of all marketing and communications initiatives for Canoe Ventures. She has 15 years in the cable TV industry where she served in leadership positions with Comcast and its advanced advertising initiative, Canoe Ventures. She served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications with Comcast, where she led the development of a cohesive national marketing organization for Comcast's local ad sales business after Comcast rapid, acquisition-powered growth which positioned it as the largest cable TV company in the nation. She served at Comcast Spotlight as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, where she managed all marketing functions including brand strategy, advertising, public relations, public affairs, promotions, creative services, and internal and external communications across Comcast´s nearly 90 markets. She is on the Board of Directors of the VCU Brandcenter, and has served on the board for Women in Cable & Telecommunications Ms. Lins additionally oversaw the re-branding of the division and led marketing initiatives to promote the use of spot cable´s multi-platform marketing solutions among local, regional and national advertisers. In 2011, CableFAX Magazine named her as a one of the most powerful women in cable. She led Marketing at Canoe Ventures. Ms. Lins led marketing and communications for Adlink, where she developed the "It's Targeted TV" campaign successfully repositioning the industry for exponential growth. She served marketing roles at GTE and AirTouch Cellular. Ms. Lins has been Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board and Member of Advisory Board of Canoe Ventures LLC since April, 2010. She was also named a "Wonder Woman" in the Cable, Broadband, and Telecommunications Universe in 2009 by Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT). She was a recipient of Betsy Magness Leadership Fellowship. She received a WICT Accolade in 2008 as a "Woman to Watch" and by Cablevision magazine as a "2001 Woman to Watch." In 2006, she was named by CableFAX Magazine one of"Cable's 100 heavy-hitters" and CableWORLD magazine as one of the industry's most-influential women. She has also been named by CableFAX as a "Top 100 Heavy Hitter." Ms. Lins holds an MA in Communications Management from the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California.
