Alex Voxman serves as Chair of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles Corporate Department and Co-chair of the firm’s Internet & Digital Media Industry Group. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, venture capital transactions and general company representation.
Mr. Voxman has represented a broad range of domestic and international businesses, including numerous clients in the Internet and digital media, entertainment, life sciences, aerospace and food and beverage industries.
Mr. Voxman is recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal 2014 as one of their “Most Influential Lawyers in Digital Media and E-Commerce Law” and in 2013 as one of the “Most Influential M&A Advisors.” He has also been recommended by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in the M&A field.
Mr. Voxman has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Southern California Law School, teaching a course on mergers and acquisitions and as the Vice Chair-legislation of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar.
