Watchsend is a Y Combinator based startup that develops software analytics which captures video of mobile application interactions, which facilitates the developers to understand the problems faced by the users while running the apps. This helps the developers to get an accurate data than traditional tools such as Flurry and Mixpanel.[1]  


Headquartered in San Francisco, California Watchsend was founded by Ishaan Gulrajani, Zain Shah. Watchsend was built after the founders couldn't determine what was wrong in their own mobile application. After two weeks of signed, fifty companies started using its analytics.[2]  


During the beta or live version of this software, Watchsend users  are able to specify what exactly they want to record. That data is encrypted and secured in the database. the recordings come with screen annotations of taps, swipes and timeline of the user's actions. the developers are able to go in and view them, thereby utilizing every specific terms to check the vast number of collected videos.[3]
