The band WELCOME HOME is managed by one of Forbes Magazine's 2012 Real Live Mad Men, Jimmy Smith. Welcome Home is a mix of genres that draws everybody in - imagine Tracy Chapman, Norah Jones and Lenny Kravitz all rolled into one. Over the past year, WELCOME HOME has blessed some of the top music stages including The Mint, The Viper Room and the world renown House of Blues.

WELCOME HOME is comprised of 7 individuals from various musical backgrounds who together create a unique sound that explores all aspects of human emotion. House of Blues promoter stated on NYE 2015, "You all's show is like going to church without the church!

Amusement Park Entertainment is run by Chairman, CEO and Chief Creative Officer, Jimmy Smith, author of Soul of the Game and The Truth (a graphic novel with a soundtrack of original music) and the writer behind the MTV documentary Battlegrounds for Nike. That’s after a career that included stints at Wieden & Kennedy, where he created “Book of Dimes,” an ad starring LeBron James and Bernie Mac for Nike; BBDO, where he served as EVP, Executive Creative Director and co-created Motorola's Phone Booth commercial which starred Madonna, Common, Iggy Pop, Bootsy Collins, Notorious B.I.G. and ?uestlove; and TBWA/Chiat/Day L.A., where he was Group Creative Director on Gatorade. Smith drove the transformation of Gatorade to simply “G,” a decision that helped evolve the product line.
