Mr. William Clay Ford, Jr., Bill is a Founding Partner at Fontinalis Partners, LLC. Mr. Ford served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company after October 2010 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer after July 13, 2006. He served as Vice President of Commercial Truck Vehicle Center of Ford Motor Co. He has been an Executive Chairman of Ford Motor Company after July 13, 2006. He held positions in manufacturing, sales, marketing, product development, and finance. Prior to joining the Board of Directors in 1988, Mr. Ford held positions in manufacturing, sales, marketing, product development and finance. Mr. Ford serves as a Vice Chairman of Detroit Renaissance Foundation and a Trustee of Princeton University. He has been Director of Ford Motor Co. after 1988 and eBay Inc. after July 27, 2005. He serves as a Director of United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Ford has been a Trustee of Henry Ford Health System, Inc. after January 1, 2012. He serves as Trustee of The Henry Ford. Mr. Ford is a member of various non-profit and for-profit boards including Business Leaders for Michigan.
