Sugarloaf Mountain Vineyard provides us with a cooler climate terroir that maintains a longer hang time resulting in profound color and flavor. Having worked with Shiraz/Syrah in the southern hemisphere, and Cabernet Franc in the Old World - we have always wanted to blend them together. So here it is - a blend of each - aided by low cropping, handpicking, double sorting, vinification in wooden vats, and aged in French oak. [+]
