Youenn Beaudouin is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice. Mr. Beaudouin advises clients on all areas of EU and French competition law as well as on EU regulatory issues. In particular, he has experience advising clients on EU and global cartel investigations. In his merger control practice, he has assisted clients in obtaining global merger clearances for their business transactions and joint venture projects. His competition experience covers several industry sectors including automotive and mining and commodities. He has also advised companies in certain regulated industries, such as financial services, chemicals, and transport, on EU regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Beaudouin worked as a trainee at the Cartels Unit of the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission and gained experience in competition law as law clerk at international law firms in Brussels and Paris.
