Yulia M. Fradkin is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Fradkin’s practice focuses on white collar defense, securities litigation and international disputes. Ms. Fradkin has worked on matters for Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase, as well as numerous hedge funds and investment advisors, both publicly-traded and privately held. She frequently represents clients in matters before the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and other regulators. Ms. Fradkin has worked on disputes involving Russia, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE, and Latin America. She has extensive experience with FCPA investigations.
Ms. Fradkin received her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, summa cum laude, and her JD from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Scholar and a Harold and Milton Durchslag Scholar. She is fluent in Russian and Spanish, and conversational in French.
